On April 10th, as spring blossomed, a wave of love swept through the air. The 2026 "In the Name of Role Models, Relay for Life" blood donation drive, organized by Hualan Group, was successfully held at the company's factory. Hualan employees from various departments rolled up their sleeves, using their blood to demonstrate responsibility and spread warmth through their actions. Within just a few hours, the blood donation site saw a steady stream of people, a continuous and orderly relay of donations. The simple yet resolute smiles on their faces created the most touching scene of this spring.
At 8:30 a.m. on the day of the event, many employees had already arrived at the site. Guided by staff from the Jiangyin Red Cross Blood Center, everyone completed the procedures of information registration, health consultation, blood pressure measurement, and initial blood screening in an orderly manner.
Among the blood donors were familiar faces who had participated many times before, as well as new employees participating for the first time; there were frontline workshop workers and colleagues in management positions. As the needle pierced the skin and the bright red blood slowly flowed into the blood bag, each bag of blood carried Hualan employees' respect and protection for life.
Since 2019, Hualan Group has consistently organized blood donation drives. From initial small-scale trials to the current widespread participation of all employees, blood donation has become deeply ingrained in Hualan's corporate culture. This is not only a social responsibility but also a form of life education—allowing every employee to truly feel that although individual strength may be small, when combined, it can illuminate the light of life.
Today, we have once again delivered a remarkable result: this year, HUALAN's blood donation volume reached 13,640 ml; since 2009, HUALAN's cumulative blood donation volume has reached 90,540 ml! Behind these numbers are countless rolled-up sleeves, countless sincere hearts, and Hualan employees' unwavering commitment to the belief of "protecting life."
